You would be hard-pressed to find skincare products quite like Kaeme.

From the creamy, indulgent and luxe feel of their signature shea butter; to their stirring, scented take on the “liquid black gold” that is Alata Samina, Kaeme immediately leaves a lasting impression and lives up to its hype.

When the founder was ready to take her homemade product to the next level, we brainstormed with other professionals to deliver an unforgettable name and visual identity.

It starts with the name: Kaeme means “Remember Me” in the Ghanaian dialect of Twi appropriately hinting at its African roots and implies the fond memories the brand hopes to forge with its customers. These intangibles are its DNA and the emotive rhetoric used to position the company globally: simplicity, nostalgia and natural holistic health.

Our work with Kaeme was comprehensive: consultation on brand naming, corporate/visual identity development, brand messaging/art direction, label & packaging design, product naming and retail space design.
